What is your return policy?

Due to the digital nature of my products, all sales are final. Once a download has been sent, it cannot be returned. That said, I want you to love what you receive—so if you experience any issues with your file or product, please reach out and I’ll gladly assist.

Are you still offering lymphatic drainage appointments?

Yes, but with very limited availability. I now offer only 3 appointments every Wednesday out of my private studio. Pre-booking is highly encouraged. I’m no longer accepting new clients at this time.

How do I book an appointment?

Appointments can be scheduled via DM or text only. Online booking is currently closed so I can offer a more intentional, personalized experience for each session.

Where can I access your devotionals and digital resources?

All digital products—including devotionals, meal plans, and wellness guides—are available directly through the Shop page on my website. After checkout, you’ll receive an email with your instant download link.

 I didn’t receive my digital download—what should I do?

If your download email doesn’t arrive within 5–10 minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder. Still nothing? Just send me a quick message via the contact form or email shop@thetayloredmethod.com and I’ll make sure you get what you need.

What’s included in the digital wellness products?

Each resource is different, but most include a printable PDF format with guided content, gentle prompts, and actionable steps—whether it’s a detox challenge, a devotional, or a meal prep guide.

Do you offer physical products?

At this time, The Taylored Method is focused on digital wellness tools and in-person sessions. However, physical self-care kits and products may become available in the future. Stay tuned!
